1. Axium products might be purchased through internet site www.axium.pl.
2. The range of the products offered at the internet site is not liable to Civil Law regulations. In this context filling the Order form is regarded as placing an offer and doesn’t mean finalizing the agreement.
3. After placing an offer we will contact you within max. 48 (working) hours to confirm availability of products.
   
4. The store is working 24 hours a day.
   
5. To finalize the order the customer is obliged to registrate in Axium Internet Store system by filling in all necessary information including telephone numbers, e-mail address etc. We will contact you via e-mail or telephone to confirm the order, terms of delivery and payment. If we will not be able to confirm the order within 3 working days, we are obliged to cancel it.
   
6. Confirmed order cannot be cancelled.
   
7. Axium team can cancel the placed order in case of any doubts concerning it. Customer will be informed about that and has a possibility to provide all necessary information to reactivate the order within next 48 (working) hours.
   
8. All prices are quoted netto. VAT Tax will be automatically added to all orders. If you would like to receive an invoice, please fill in all necessary information for your company, including company’s  VAT number.

10. Axium team puts all efforts to provide you with the right product descriptions but doesn’t take any responsibility in  case of mistake, wrong quoted information or recent change of product parameters by manufacturer.
    
    
11. We reserve the right to change or cancel the order. Including changing terms of payment to full pre-payment.
12. The shipments are insured.

1. The goods are delivered within max. 14 working days.
   
2. We accept the following terms of payment:
