On September 23-24th Axium took part in Contact Center Trends conference in Warsaw, in Polonia Palace hotel. It was the 9th edition of the event organized by Bonnier Business Poland.
According to the newest Polish Marketing Association report, Polish call center industry includes about 160 companies with more than 22 thousand of employees. The presentations and discussions at the conference touched on the most important issues, focusing on telemarketers, their motivation and examples of unconventional approach to the customer service.
