Before completing the form, please contact us to confirm the warranty status of the product.
Send us a message containing the purchase invoice number or its scan (required) and the serial numbers of the device to serwis@axium.pl and in response you will receive information whether your device is warranty or maybe it has already expired.
The completed address details will be used to return the complained product. If the return address is to be different than that indicated in the form below, please include such information in the description of the service request.
